Scalded By Tea in Starbucks – Goes to Court

A customer of Starbucks in the US is suing the chain for providing her with “unreasonably hot tea”. This is ridiculous in more ways than one:
- What constitutes “unreasonably hot”? I’ve heard in the US drinks are generally cooler than in Europe to void this eventuality.
- Why on earth would anyone have tea in Starbucks?!
