		<description>Thanks because I found your blog post here and was able to know how to steep my own Yorkshire tea.  The tip for 2 1/2 minutes worked pretty well.  I also give the tea a high rating since it&#039;s mildly sweet and has no astringency at all.  It is a blend but it&#039;s a very good one at that.
